Reimbursements will depend on average metrics across the provider. It already created a wealth of documentation that everyone has to follow. The average physician already spends more than 50% of the time writing documentation. This will only get worse.

There is a wealth of evidence from clinical trials that is available. But now there is also a lot of clinical evidence that can be taken into account. Knowledge bases such as Harvard Library of Evidence are being created to manage the workflow of evidence curation.
